How you can get it
Collection
Collect from Sector, Dubai
Pay in the app, then meet the seller at a time you both agree. The full address is shared once a time is agreed.
How collection works
Meet the seller, pay in the app. Shipping is AED 0.
- 1Pick every time you could make over the next 5 days.
- 2Pay in the app. The item is reserved for you.
- 3The seller picks one of your times within 24 hours. You then get the date and their full address.
- 4Meet up and check the item carefully.
- 5Happy with it? Give the seller your handover code. That completes the sale.
Giving your code is final. Once the seller enters it, the sale is complete and you can't get a refund. If something's wrong, reject the item instead and keep your code.
Buyer protection still applies. You pay the usual protection fee of 8% + AED 4. You get a full refund if the seller doesn't show, no time works out, or you reject the item at the handover.
Meeting safely
- Meet somewhere you feel comfortable, in daylight if you can.
- Bring someone with you, especially for large items.
- Don't pay anything outside the app. You've already paid.
- Never give your code before checking the item.
